This policy describes how the SLCTT Members mobile app and slcttcc.com handle information.
Information we collect
- Name, email, phone, t-shirt size, and optional skill or rating information you enter when you register.
- A member photo if you choose to add one from the camera or photo library.
- Membership plan, expiration date, and last payment notes (Zeffy, Venmo, or cash recorded by club staff).
- Paddle setup you save in MyPaddle.
- Feedback you submit in the app.
How we use it
- To create your club member ID and member card.
- To check membership status and remind you before expiration.
- To contact you about club membership, events, and operations.
- Staff (admin and management) may view member records on club devices to run the club.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app may remind you 7 days before your membership expires. You can turn this off under Alerts. We may also email slcttcc@gmail.com reminder mail to the address on your member profile on the 7-day and 3-day marks when you open the app.
Payments
Donations and membership payments are completed on Zeffy or Venmo, or recorded as cash by staff. We do not collect or store card numbers in the app. Zeffy and Venmo have their own privacy policies.
Photos, camera, and library
Camera and photo library access are used only to set your member photo. You can decline permission and still use the app without a photo.
Where data is stored
Member profiles on a phone are stored on that device. Club payment lookup uses SLCTT servers and slcttcc@gmail.com. We do not sell your information.
Account deletion
In the app: Menu → Delete my account, or Dashboard → Delete my account. That removes your profile from the app on that device. To request deletion of club email or roster records, write to slcttcc@gmail.com.
Children
The app is intended for club members and families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent or guardian.
